การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรม และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรมของนิสิตพยาบาลชั้นปี 1-4 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จำนวน 240 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย เก็บข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรม และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรม มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิตซินโดรม มีค่า 0.82-1.00 และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิตซินโดรม มีค่า 0.75-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นมีค่าเท่ากับ .93 และ .82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่าระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 157.60, SD = 21.08) พฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรมของนิสิตพยาบาล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean = 34.14, SD = 4.20) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.25 และความรอบรู้เกี่ยวกับกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรม (r= .484, p=.026) จากผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าควรส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรมในด้านการจัดการตนเอง ทักษะการตัดสินใจ และทักษะการสื่อสารเพื่อป้องกันในการเกิดกลุ่มอาการออฟฟิศซินโดรมในนิสิตพยาบาล This descriptive correlational research aimed to: 1) assess the level of health literacy and office syndrome preventive behaviors, and 2) examine the correlation between health literacy and office syndrome preventive behaviors among nursing students. The study involved 240 nursing students from the 1st to 4th year at the Faculty of Nursing, Naresuan University, recruited through simple random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires covering demographic data, health literacy related to office syndrome, and office syndrome preventive behaviors. The indices of item-objective congruence were 0.82-1.00 for health literacy and 0.75-1.00 for preventive behaviors, with Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of .93 and .82, respectively. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation. The results revealed that a significant proportion of the sample (76.25%) displayed a moderate level of health literacy (Mean = 157.60, SD = 21.08) and office syndrome preventive behaviors (Mean = 34.14, SD = 4.20). Health literacy was found to have a moderate positive correlation with office syndrome preventive behaviors (r = .484, p = .026). These findings suggest that efforts should be made to enhance health literacy among nursing students, focusing on self-management, decision-making, and communication skills to prevent the incidence of office syndrome.References
