Abstract

คลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่นเป็นสถานบริการสุขภาพระดับปฐมภูมิที่ให้บริการ โดยไม่เรียกเก็บค่าบริการประชาชนคนไทยที่มีบัตรประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าในระบบหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ คลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่นให้บริการตามกฎหมายวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ ขอบเขตและกิจกรรมที่สำนักงานหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติกำหนดไว้ โดยครอบคลุมการให้บริการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพและป้องกันโรค การให้บริการพยาบาลพื้นฐาน การบริการดูแลสุภาพที่บ้าน การรักษาโรคเบื้องต้น และเวชภัณฑ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมการพยาบาล นอกจากพยาบาลผู้ประกอบการต้องใช้ความรู้และทักษะทางการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์ ยังต้องมีความรู้และความเข้าใจในการประกอบการและการบริหารธุรกิจร่วมด้วย แบบจำลองธุรกิจ Canvas (The Business Model Canvas) เป็นแนวคิดการออกแบบ วางแผน และดำเนินธุรกิจที่สามารถช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการมองเห็นภาพรวมและความเชื่อมโยงขององค์ประกอบทางธุรกิจและมีความเข้าใจในทิศทางเดียวกันและสามารถใช้ในการวิเคราะห์เพื่อปรับกลยุทธ์ต่อยอดให้กับกิจการได้ และเพื่อให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่สนใจในการเป็นผู้ประกอบการคลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่นรายใหม่มองเห็นภาพการประกอบการมากยิ่งขึ้น จึงขอเสนอแบบจำลองธุรกิจ Canvas มาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการออกแบบ และวางแผนภาพการประกอบการคลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่น และสามารถอธิบายองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญทางกลยุทธ์ในการประกอบการคลินิกพยาบาลชุมชนอบอุ่นให้สามารถดำเนินธุรกิจให้ประสบความสำเร็จได้  The Aob Aoon Community Nursing Clinic is a health service center providing free-of-charge services to Thai citizens with a Universal Coverage Scheme within the national health insurance system. The clinic operates by nursing and midwifery care professional laws, adhering to the boundaries and activities outlined by the National Health Security Office, the services offered cover Health Promotion and Prevention, Fundamental Nursing Care, Home Health Care Services, Primary Medical Care, and Dispensing related to Nursing Care. Nurse entrepreneurs must possess nursing and midwifery knowledge and skills, as well as an understanding of business operations and management. The Business Model Canvas is a design, planning, and business execution concept that enables entrepreneurs to see the overall picture and connections of business components, facilitating strategic analysis for business enhancement. To provide aspiring nurses interested in becoming entrepreneurs of an Aob Aoon Community Nursing Clinic with a clearer view of business operations, a Business Model Canvas is proposed as a tool for designing, planning, and illustrating the business model of an Aob Aoon Community Nursing Clinic. It can explain the key strategic components necessary for the successful operation of an Aob Aoon Community Nursing Clinic and aid in achieving business success.
