ทัศนคติของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมมาบตาพุดหลังจากการตัดสินของศาลปกครอง

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม มาบตาพุดหลังจากการตัดสินของศาลปกครอง โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากการเก็บแบบสำรวจทัศนคติของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม มาบตาพุดหลังจากการตัดสินของศาลปกครอง จำนวน 400 ชุด โดยใช้วิธีวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย          ผลการวิเคราะห์ทัศนคติของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่อการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมในนิคมอุตสาหกรรม มาบตาพุดหลังจากการตัดสินของศาลปกครอง พบว่า ด้านนโยบายของรัฐ ด้านการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ มีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับไม่แน่ใจ ส่วนด้านการรับรู้นโยบายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านการรับรู้คำตัดสินของศาลปกครอง ด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมหลังคำตัดสินของศาลปกครอง มีความคิดเห็นโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วย          The objectives of this study are to study the attitudes of stakeholders in environmental management in Map Ta Phut industrial estate after the judgment of the administrative court. Data were gathered using in Descriptive Analysis of 400 attitude questionnaires administrative to stakeholders in environmental management in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate following the Administrative Court’s judgment. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used in statistical analysis, such as factor analysis.          The attitudes of environmental management stakeholders in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate following the judgment of the Administrative Court revealed that attitude toward government policy and policy application were mostly “unsure”, while attitude toward awareness of environmental policy, awareness of the Administrative Court’s judgment, environmental management after the Administrative Court’s judgment were mostly “agree”.
