การพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนของนิสิตอาชีวศึกษา (ปวส.) สาขาธุรกิจการค้าระหว่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา.

Abstract

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษานำเสนอรูปแบบใหม่สำหรับการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนสาธิตอาชีวศึกษา (ปวส.) สาขาธุรกิจการค้าระหว่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาโดยการเก็บข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้บริหารโรงเรียน อาชีวศึกษา (ปวส.) ภาคตะวันออกที่มีการเรียนการสอนสาขาบริหารธุรกิจจำนวน 9 คนสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกนักศึกษา โรงเรียนสาธิตอาชีวศึกษา (ปวส.) สาขาธุรกิจการค้าระหว่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำนวน 16 คน การเก็บแบบสอบถาม (Survey) ผู้ประกอบการ/ หัวหน้างาน บริษัทส่งออก-นำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศที่มีการจ้างงานพนักงานระดับ ปวส. จำนวน 446 คน และการสนทนากลุ่มผู้บริหารหลักสูตรและอาจารย์ผู้สอนโรงเรียนสาธิตอาชีวศึกษา (ปวส.) สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ ของวิทยาลัยพาณิชยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนของโรงเรียนสาธิตอาชีวศึกษา (ปวส.) สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ ของวิทยาลัย พาณิชยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ตามผลการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษาภาคตะวันออก และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก นิสิต พบว่า ควรมีการพัฒนารูปแบบใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพให้การเรียนการสอนสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของ ผู้ประกอบการและนิสิต ดังที่ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการอาชีวศึกษา ของวิทยาลัยพาณิชยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา สาขาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ มีอิทธิพลต่อแนวโน้มความต้องการในการจ้าง นิสิตอาชีวศึกษา สาขาธุรกิจการค้าระหว่างประเทศ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการฝึกประสบการณ์อาชีพ การพัฒนาในความรู้และ ทักษะการพัฒนาวิชาการ/ วิชาชีพและการสนับสนุนและให้คำแนะนำ ดังนั้นรูปแบบใหม่สำหรับการเรียนการสอนของ โรงเรียนสาธิตอาชีวศึกษา (ปวส.) สาขาธุรกิจการค้าระหว่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาควรให้ความสำคัญในเรื่องการ ฝึกงาน การเรียนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะผู้เรียนมาต่อยอดการทำงาน เน้นความสามารถในการวินิจฉัยปัญหาตามหลักและเหตุผล ความสามารถในการใช้ความรู้ทางทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติในการจัดการปัญหาใหม่ในเชิงวิชาการและวิชาชีพ เน้นให้ผู้เรียน มีความรับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานด้วยตนเอง มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการใช้เทคโนโลยี สารสนเทศอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยอาจารย์แนะแนวจะต้องมีข้อมูลที่ชัดเจนในการแนะแนววิธีการเรียนรู้อย่างเหมาะสม The research had objectives to present the guidelines for the development of the new model of learning of International  Trade Program of the Vocational Education Demonstration School (High Vocational Certificate) of Burapha. The development  would comply with the need of the entrepreneurs. The data were collected from the in-depth interview conducted to 9 executives of vocational schools which had taught business administration in the Eastern region. The in-depth interview was also conducted to 16 students of International Trade Program of Vocational Education Demonstration School (High Vocational Certificate) of the Graduate School of Commerce, Burapha University. There was also the collection of  questionnaires (Survey) from 446 entrepreneurs / supervisors of the Export - Import Companies that hired employees with High Vocational Certificate of International Trade from Burapha University. There was an analysis of the evaluation of students’ career experiences from the job training, and there was a focus group to criticize the new learning model of International Trade Program in Vocational Education Demonstration School (High Vocational Certificate) among the executives who improved the program. Then, the improved program would be applied to the curriculum. The findings showed that the management of International Trade Program of the Graduate School of Commerce, Burapha University influenced the employers’ tendency to employ vocational students of International Trade Program. It was also found that the job training, knowledge and skill development, academic / professional support and advice influenced employers’ tendency to hire students of International Trade in vocational program. The results of the study were in line with the results of the interviews with the students and the executives of the vocational schools in the  Eastern region. Consequently, for developing the new model for learning of International Trade Program of the Vocational Education Demonstration School (High Vocational Certificate) of Burapha University, the executives should focus on training and learning to develop the skills of the students who wanted to have career path in their work. The executives should focus on the ability to diagnose problems based on principles and reasons, and the ability to apply the theoretical  and practical knowledge to manage new issues in academic and professional settings. The executives should focus on the students’ responsibility to work on their own, communication skills, and the skill to use information technology effectively. Teachers must have clear guidance on how to act appropriately. From the administrators’ focus group, this new model of learning was suitable to the learning of the students.
