ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ของพนักงานธนาคารพาณิชย์แห่งหนึ่ง

Abstract

งานวิจัยเรื่อง ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณชีวิตการทำงานกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานแห่งหนึ่ง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงาน ระดับประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงาน และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน ธนาคารพาณิชย์แห่งหนึ่ง ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานธนาคารแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 150 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นด้านคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.97 และด้านประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานธนาคารพาณิชย์แห่งหนึ่งโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ ในระดับมาก ประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน พนักงานธนาคารพาณิชย์แห่งหนึ่ง โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก และอยู่ในระดับสูงThe objective of this research were to study the level of quality of work life, the level of work efficiency and the relationships between quality of work life and work efficiency of employees A Commercial Bank. The populations of this study were employees of a commercial bank totally 150 respondents. The instrument used to gather the data were questionnaires with the reliability of the quality of working life at 0.97 and the reliability of work efficiency at 0.96. The basic statically used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient. The research result showed that the level of the quality of work life employees a commercial bank overall and individual were high. The level of the Work efficiency of employees overall and individual were high. And the relationships between the quality of work life and work efficiency of employees a commercial bank found that the overall result had positively correlation at high level.
