เศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองว่าด้วยปัญหาเกษตรกรรมและการเปลี่ยนผ่านด้านเกษตรกรรม: บทสำรวจเบื้องต้น

Abstract

บทความนี้สำรวจโดยย่อเกี่ยวกับ “ปัญหาเกษตรกรรม” และ ”การเปลี่ยน ผ่านด้านเกษตรกรรม” โดยเสนอการวิเคราะห์และวิธีคิดของนักเศรษฐศาสตร์ การเมืองแนวมาร์กซิสต์ดั้งเดิม พร้อมทั้งแนวคิดและการวิเคราะห์ “ปัญหา เกษตรกรรม” ของกลุ่มนักวิชาการด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์การเมืองเชิงวิพากษ์ในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งสรุปได้เป็นปัญหาเกษตรกรรมเจ็ดแนวคิด ต่อมาก็อธิบายเส้นทางการเปลี่ยน ผ่านด้านเกษตรกรรมแบบทุนนิยมในประเทศต่าง ก่อนที่จะจบลงด้วยข้อสังเกต บางประการThis paper presents a brief survey of “agrarian question” and “agrarian transition” by offering the analyses and approaches of classical Marxist political economists, as well as those of the current critical political economists, whose ideas can be summed up as seven agrarian questions. This is followed by a brief discussion on “agrarian transition,” in selected countries, an ending with some concluding observations.
