กระบวนการขูดรีดในระบบการจ้างแรงงานเหมาช่วง : กรณีศึกษาอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ในจังหวัดชลบุรี

Abstract

          บทความชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการและวิถีการขูดรีดในระบบการจ้างแรงงานเหมาช่วงในมุมมองของแรงงานและเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ทำให้แรงงานจ้างเหมาช่วงยอมรับสภาพการทำงาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากระบวนการขูดรีดที่เกิดขึ้นเป็นลักษณะของการขูดรีดแรงงานเหมาช่วง (แรงงานซับคอนแทรค) ทั้งในรูปตัวเงินและแรงงานด้วยการหักผลตอบแทนออกไปโดยอาศัยกฎหมายมาเป็นตัวช่วย          ซึ่งปัจจัยที่ทำให้แรงงานจ้างเหมาช่วงยอมรับสภาพการทำงานผลการศึกษาพบว่าถึงแม้แรงงานเหมาช่วงจะรับรู้ได้ถึงการถูกบริษัทผู้ว่าจ้างกับบริษัทซับคอนแทรค (บริษัทนายหน้า) ร่วมกันกดขี่เอาผลประโยชน์กับตนเองทั้งแรงกายและตัวเงิน แต่พวกเขาก็ยังคงยอมรับสภาพ เพราะด้วยสาเหตุและปัจจัยหลาย ๆ ด้าน อย่างเช่น อายุ, ด้านการศึกษา, การรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสาร, ที่พักอาศัยและการดำรงชีพ           The objective of this article is to study the process and exploitation of subcontracting labor systems in the perspective of workers and to study factors that cause subcontracting workers to accept work conditions. The study indicated that the exploitation process that is a characteristic of subcontracting labor (sub-contractor labor) in terms of money and labor. By deducting the return by law to help which factors that allow workers to subcontract accept working conditions the study indicated that Even though subcontractors will be aware of being hired by a subcontractor company (Brokerage Company) together to oppress and exploit their own interests, both physical and financial. But they still accept the condition Because of many causes and factors, such as age, education, awareness of information, accommodation and living.
