ตัวแบบสินค้าคงคลังแบบสองระดับที่มีเวลานำและการคืนสินค้าขึ้นอยู่กับความต้องการสินค้า

Abstract

          ปัจจุบันการจัดการระบบสินค้าคงคลังที่มีการคืนสินค้าได้เป็นระบบที่น่าสนใจเนื่องจากการฟื้นฟูสินค้าที่คืนกลับมา เพื่อให้ใช้การได้เป็นปกติถือเป็นการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและช่วยลดต้นทุนการผลิตสินค้า งานวิจัยนี้ศึกษาตัวแบบสินค้าคงคลังแบบสองระดับสำหรับสินค้าชนิดเดียวที่มีเวลานำ เพื่อนำเสนอตัวแบบสินค้าคงคลังแบบสองระดับโดยวิเคราะห์จากปริมาณการคืนสินค้าที่ขึ้นอยู่กับปริมาณความต้องการสินค้า พร้อมทั้งหาจุดสั่งซื้อสินค้า ปริมาณการสั่งซื้อสินค้า และจำนวนรอบในการเพิ่มสินค้าที่เหมาะสมที่ทำให้ค่าใช้จ่ายรวมของระบบต่ำสุด นอกจากนี้ยังได้แสดงตัวอย่างเชิงตัวเลข และได้นำเสนอการวิเคราะห์ความไวของพารามิเตอร์บางตัว           Inventory management with returned items has recently drawn the attention because the recovery of returned items for renewal usage supports natural resource conservation as well as reduces cost of production. In this study, a two-echelon inventory model for a single item with lead time is discussed to propose the two-echelon inventory model in which the quantity of return depended on the demand has been analyzed. The optimal of reorder point, order quantity, and a number of cycles of order quantity are also considered to minimize the total cost of the system. Moreover, a numerical example is illustrated and sensitivity analyses of some parameters are also elucidated.
