โครงสร้างประชาคมแพลงก์ตอนในหนองหาร จังหวัดสกลนคร

Abstract

          ศึกษาโครงสร้างของประชาคมแพลงก์ตอนพืชและแพลงก์ตอนสัตว์ภายในหนองหาร จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยทำการเก็บตัวอย่างแพลงก์ตอนด้วยถุงกรองขนาดช่องตา 20 ไมโครเมตร ทั้งหมด 3 ครั้ง ได้แก่ เดือนมิถุนายน เดือนกันยายน และเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2559 รวม 8 สถานี พบแพลงก์ตอนพืชทั้งหมด 65 สกุล 3 ดิวิชั่น ได้แก่ ดิวิชั่น Chlorophyta (สาหร่าย สีเขียว) 40 สกุล ดิวิชั่น Chromophyta (สาหร่ายสีน้ำตาลแกมทอง) 13 สกุล และดิวิชั่น Cyanophyta (สาหร่ายสีเขียว แกมน้ำเงิน) 12 สกุล โดยแพลงก์ตอนพืชดิวิชั่น Chlorophyta มีความหลากหลายมากที่สุด แพลงก์ตอนพืชสกุลที่พบบ่อย ได้แก่ Oscillatoria, Cosmarium และ Trachelomonas ส่วนแพลงก์ตอนสัตว์พบทั้งหมด 3 ไฟลัม ได้แก่ ไฟลัม Rotifera, Arthropoda และ Protozoa โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 5 กลุ่ม คือ ตัวอ่อนสัตว์น้ำ (Nauplius), Cladocera, Copepod, Protozoa และ Rotifer โดยพบแพลงก์ตอนสัตว์กลุ่ม Rotifer เป็นกลุ่มเด่น ทั้งนี้ปริมาณแพลงก์ตอนพืชและออกซิเจนที่ละลายน้ำ เป็นปัจจัยหลักที่ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างของประชาคมแพลงก์ตอนสัตว์ในหนองหาร จังหวัดสกลนคร           The plankton community structure in Nong Han, Sakon Nakhon province was studied. The eight samples were using 20 µm mesh size plankton net, from 8 stations in June, September and December 2016. Sixty-five genera, belonging to three divisions of phytoplankton were encountered including Division Chlorophyta (green algae) Chromophyta (golden-brown algae) and Cyanophyta (cyanobacteria) with 40, 13 and 12 genera, respectively. The most diverse group was Division Chlorophyta. The dominant genera were Oscillatoria, Cosmarium and Trachelomonas. Three groups of zooplankton were recognized, including Phylum Rotifera, Arthropoda and Protozoa in 5 groups: Nauplius, Cladocera, Copepod, Protozoa and Rotifer, respectively which Rotifer was the dominant group. In addition, the quantity of phytoplankton and oxygen dissolved were the main effective factors that affected on the community structure of zooplankton in Nong Han, Sakon Nakhon province.
