การใช้เครื่องมือเว็บ 2.0 ในการให้คำปรึกษานักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู

Abstract

            บทความนี้เป็นการนำเสนอประสบการณ์และวิธีการในการนำเครื่องมือเว็บ 2.0 มาใช้ในการให้คำปรึกษาและการแจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสารให้กับนักศึกษาที่ออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู โดยเครื่องมือที่นำมาใช้ 1) เฟซบุ๊กใช้ในการโพสต์ข้อความต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้สมาชิกในกลุ่มได้รับทราบข้อมูล 2) กูเกิล แคเลนเดอร์ ที่นำมาใช้ในการสร้างปฏิทินแบบออนไลน์ ที่มีความสามารถในการแจ้งเตือนข่าวสารผ่านทางโทรศัพท์มือถือ 3) กูเกิล ด็อกส์ ใช้ในการแชร์เอกสารที่สามารถเข้ามาใช้งานได้พร้อม ๆ กัน และ 4) กูเกิล พลัส ที่นำมาใช้ในการสนทนาแบบคอนเฟอร์เรนซ์ที่รองรับผู้ใช้งานได้ถึง 10 คน ในเวลาเดียวกัน สำหรับเครื่องมือที่นำมาใช้งานสามารถใช้งานได้โดยที่ไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่าย ซึ่งจากการใช้งานพบว่านักศึกษาสามารถรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารได้เร็วขึ้น การติดต่อสอบถามปัญหาก็ทำได้สะดวกและรวดเร็ว อีกทั้งยังมีประโยชน์ในด้านอื่น ๆ อีก เช่น ลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางและไม่ต้องเสี่ยงกับอุบัติเหตุที่อาจเกิดขึ้น รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่งเอกสารและเป็นการป้องกันการสูญหายของเอกสาร เป็นต้น            This paper presents the experience in using Web 2.0 tools to use them in giving an advice and sharing information with students of teaching internship. The sample tools used ware: Facebook for posting messages to the group member; Google Calendar for creating an online calendar as well as sending information to the member’s phone; Google Docs for sharing documents that could be used simultaneously and Google+for videoconferencing whose feature, chat box, could be used for communication up to 10 people at the same time. The selected tools were free to use. With the use of web 2.0 tools, students could get information (faster of in a more convenient way). In addition, other benefits were reducing the travel expense, lowering the risk of an accident, and decreasing the cost of documents shipping and lost.
