การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การออกแบบระบบการเรียนการสอนที่ยึดสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่อเสียง และสื่อภาพเป็นสื่อหลัก สำหรับครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรี

Abstract

         การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่องการออกแบบระบบการเรียนการสอนที่ยึดสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่อเสียง และสื่อภาพเป็นสื่อหลัก สำหรับครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานนทบุรีให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 2) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการอบรมของผู้รับการอบรมที่อบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้รับการอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล การดำเนินการวิจัยมี 2 ระยะ ระยะแรก คือ 1) ศึกษาองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล การออกแบบระบบการเรียนการสอน สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่อเสียง สื่อภาพและสื่อหลัก 2) ผลิตชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลมีจำนวน 3 หน่วย คือ หน่วยที่ 1 การออกแบบระบบการเรียนการสอนที่ยึดสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์เป็นสื่อหลัก หน่วยที่ 2 การออกแบบระบบการเรียนการสอนที่ยึดสื่อเสียงเป็นสื่อหลัก และหน่วยที่ 3 การออกแบบระบบการเรียนการสอนที่ยึดสื่อภาพเป็นสื่อหลักชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย ประมวลสาระ แบบฝึกปฏิบัติ ซีดี และการอบรมเข้ม 3) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และ 4) ปรับแก้ตามข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ระยะที่สอง คือ ทดสอบประสิทธิภาพชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ จำนวน 50 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ทำการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพเบื้องต้นแบบเดี่ยว แบบกลุ่ม และแบบภาคสนาม เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ก่อนอบรมและหลังอบรม และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกล เรื่อง การออกแบบระบบการเรียนการสอนที่ยึดสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่อเสียงและสื่อภาพเป็นสื่อหลัก มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 เรียงตามลำดับรายหน่วยดังนี้ คือ79.61/79.76/80.05/82.44 และ 80.49/80.12 2) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการอบรมของผู้รับการอบรมหลังอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับการอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางไกลอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด         The purposes of this research were 1) to develop a distance training package on Designs of Print-Based, Sound-Based and Image-Based Instructional Systems for teachers under the jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Educational Service Area in Nonthaburi province based on the set efficiency criterion; 2) to study learning achievement of trainees who learned from the distance training package; and 3) to study the satisfaction of trainees with the distance training package.         The research process comprised two phases: The first phase consisted of the following steps: 1) a study to acquire body of knowledge on distance training package, designs of instructional systems, printed media, audio media, and visual media; 2) after that, designing a distance training package comprising three units, namely, Unit 1: Designing Print-Based Instructional system, Unit 2: Designing Sound-Based Instructional System, and Unit 3: Designing Image-Based Instructional System; each unit of the developed distance training package consisted of a compiled text, practical exercises, CDs, and intensive training; 3) quality verification of the developed distance training package by experts; and 4) improvement of the distance training package based on recommendations of the experts. The second phase was the efficiency testing of the developed distance training package.         The research sample for the testing consisted of 50 primary education teachers in Nonthaburi province obtained by random sampling. The testing process comprised individual testing, small group testing, and field testing. The employed research tools were the distance training package, a learning achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing, and a questionnaire on satisfaction with the distance training package. Statistics for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, t-test, mean, and standard deviation.         Research findings revealed that 1) the three units of the developed distance training package on Designs of Print-Based, Sound-Based and Image-Based Instructional Systems were efficient at 79.61/79.76, 80.05/82.44, and 80.49/80.12 respectively, thus meeting the set 80/80 efficiency criterion; 2) the post-training learning achievement of teachers who were trained with the distance training package was significantly higher than their pre-training counterpart achievement at the .05 level; and 3) the trainees’ satisfaction with the distance training package was at the highest level.
