ผลของการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เทคนิค STAD ต่อการเพิ่มผลสัมฤทธิ์ ในการเตรียมความพร้อม เพื่อสอบขึ้นทะเบียนและรับใบอนุญาตเป็นผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพ การพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-Experimental Research) แบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนหลังโดยมีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอบเตรียมความพร้อม เพื่อสอบขึ้นทะเบียนฯ รายวิชาการผดุงครรภ์ก่อนและหลังทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 4 ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่างการเตรียมความพร้อมในการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนฯ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนีสุราษฎร์ธานี จำนวน 33 คน โดยรับสมัครนักศึกษากลุ่มผ่านเกณฑ์ที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอบประมวลความรอบรู้ของวิทยาลัย รายวิชาการผดุงครรภ์ มากกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเกรดเฉลี่ยมากกว่า 3.50 จำนวน 5 คน แบ่ง 5 กลุ่ม ๆ ละ 1 คน และกลุ่มไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ ที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอบประมวลความรอบรู้ น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 จำนวน 28 คนซึ่งจากสถิติการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนฯ ผู้ที่สอบไม่ผ่านรายวิชาการผดุงครรภ์ มีผลการสอบประมวลความรอบรู้ของวิทยาลัย ครั้งที่ 1 ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 60 เป็นนักศึกษากลุ่มไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ มีความเสี่ยงในการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนฯ ไม่ผ่านนำมาทำแบบทดสอบวัดระดับความรู้ก่อนเรียนแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มสูงมีคะแนนมากกว่าร้อยละ50-59 จำนวน 6 คน แบ่งกลุ่มละ 1-2 คน กลุ่มกลาง มีคะแนนร้อยละ 40-49 จำนวน 10 คน แบ่งกลุ่ม ๆ ละ 2 คน และกลุ่มต่ำมีคะแนนน้อยกว่า ร้อยละ 40 จำนวน 12 คน แบ่งกลุ่ม ๆ ละ 2-3 คน เข้ารับการเรียนการสอนแบบเรียนรู้จากกลุ่ม โดยใช้เทคนิค STAD จำนวน 17 ครั้ง ตามกรอบ Blue print ของการสอบขึ้นทะเบียนฯ รายวิชาการผดุงครรภ์ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอบเตรียมความพร้อม เพื่อสอบขึ้นทะเบียนฯ จากคะแนนเต็ม 75 คะแนน กลุ่มผ่านเกณฑ์คะแนนเฉลี่ย 68.20 คะแนนเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 20.80 กลุ่มไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์กลุ่มสูง คะแนนเฉลี่ย 62.60 คะแนนเพิ่มขึ้น ร้อยละ 28.53 กลุ่มกลาง คะแนนเฉลี่ย 52.33 คะแนนเพิ่มขึ้น ร้อยละ 25.21 กลุ่มต่ำ คะแนนเฉลี่ย 48.36 คะแนนเพิ่มขึ้น ร้อยละ 30.06 สามารถสอบผ่านเกณฑ์ ร้อยละ 100            This one group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental research aimed to study the learning outcomes in the preparation for Nurse Licensure Examination. The sample consisted of 33 senior nursing students who were in stage of nursing licensure exam preparation from Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Suratthani. The researchers enrolled 5 students with GPA of more than 3.50 and with the achievement of more than 60 percent from the knowledge exam of the college’s Midwifery course into 5 groups:1 student per group to be included in the groups of 28 students, who did not meet the criteria with the achievement of the passing Midwifery knowledge exam and lower than 60 percent of passing exam score criteria.          According to statistics, when a student got lower than 60 percent for the 1st exam of the College of Nursing Suratthani, which is not the passing Midwifery examination score, she was at risk of failing in for Nurse Licensure Examination. Before participating in the study, students took the pretest and were divided into three groups that mixed students from all score levels: 12 students in lower than 40 percent score group (low score group), in which people, 2-3 students were in each group, 10 students in 40-49 percent score group (middle score group), in which 2 students were in each group, and 6 students in more than 50 percent score group (high score group), in which 1-2 students were in each group. The students then participated in 17 learning sessions from the groups using STAD techniques, tailored to the blue print framework of the Midwifery in Nurse Licensure Examination The results of the study an achievement from the full score of 75 in the group passing the criteria had an the average score of 68.20 points, an increase of 20.80 percent. The group did not pass the high group criteria, the average score of 62.60, the score increased by 28.53 percent. The average score of 52.33 points, increased by 25.21 percent, 48.36 points, increased by 30.06 percent, passed the 100 percent criteria.
