การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สำหรับศตวรรษที่ 21

Abstract

         การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนระดับมัธยม ศึกษา สำหรับศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สำหรับศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยมีการดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) วิเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา เมื่อกำหนดองค์ประกอบ และตัวชี้วัดการวิจัย 2) พัฒนาองค์ประกอบ และตัวชี้วัดการวิจัยด้วยเทคนิคเดลฟาย 3) จัดสนทนากลุ่มกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน เพื่อรับข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติม และ 4) ประเมินความคิดเห็นจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 150 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าพิสัยควอไทล์ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบใช้ ค่ามัธยฐาน และพิสัยควอไทล์ สำหรับความสอดคล้อง         สรุปผลการวิจัย         1. ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ทั้ง 21 คน เห็นด้วยกับการพัฒนาองค์ประกอบรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา สำหรับศตวรรษที่ 21 ทั้ง 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านการพัฒนาครูผู้สอน ด้านการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาทักษะผู้เรียนด้านการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการพัฒนาการประเมินผลผู้เรียน และตัวชี้วัดขององค์ประกอบทั้ง 30 ข้อ         2. ผลการสนทนากลุ่ม พบว่า ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ทั้ง 9 คน ต่างเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่าองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดของการบริหารโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาเหมาะสมดี         3. ผลการประเมินความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ทั้ง 150 คน พบว่า ทุกคนเห็นด้วยกับองค์ประกอบการบริหารโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษา ทั้งหมดที่กล่าวมาทุกด้านแล้วอยู่ในระดับมาก          The purposes of the study were: 1) to investigate the factors and indicators of secondary school administration model for the 21st century; and 2) to present the secondary school administration model for the 21st century. The research process consisted of four steps: 1) analyzed the documents concerning the secondary school administration model for the 21st century in order to set up the factors of the research; 2) interviewed a group of 21 school administrations experts; 3) sought the advices and feedbacks of six experts by group discussion technique; and 4) evaluated the opinions of 150 school administrators. The analysis of the data was accomplished by computation of percentage, mean, standard deviation. The median and interquartile range were also computed to test each of accordance postulated in the study.          Based on the findings of the study, it was concluded that:          1. The group of educational experts was strongly agreed with the factors and indicators of the development of secondary school administration model for the 21st century.          2. Bared on group discussion all of experts were absolutely agreed with the factors and indicators of the development of the secondary school administration model for the 21st century.          3. Overall the opinions of 150 administrators toward the secondary school administration model for the 21st century was at high level (average = 4.47).
