การจัดการความรู้ภายใต้กรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติกับการเรียนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี กรณีศึกษาวิทยาลัยเซาธ์อีสท์บางกอก

Abstract

บทคัดย่อการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยการจัดการความรู้ ปัจจัยกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ และผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจ และ 2. ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจโดยการใช้การจัดการความรู้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชาสถิติธุรกิจจำนวน 135 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการแจกแจงทีและไคสแควร์หรือค่าสหสัมพันธ์ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ คณะที่ศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ปัจจัยการจัดการความรู้ ได้แก่ ด้านการประเมินความรู้ มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจในระดับสูงทิศทางบวก และปัจจัยกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้และด้านทักษะทางปัญญา มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจในระดับปานกลางทิศทางบวกที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .012. ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจโดยการใช้การจัดการความรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05AbstractThe main purpose of this study was 1) to investigate the relationshipsbetween the personal factorsand the knowledge management accordingto theThai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education and the BusinessStatistics learning outcomes, 2) to find out the satisfaction of the studentstowards Business Statistics course management. The samples were theundergraduates who enrolled in the Business Statistics course, the participantswere selected 135 students by simple random sampling technique, Thedata were analysedto find percentages, means, standard deviations, andChi-squared tests or correlation analyses.The research findings were following1. The personal factorsuch asfaculty correlated to Business Statisticslearning outcomes at significant level .05; the knowledge managementfactor like knowledgeassessment had positive correlation with BusinessStatistics learning outcomes; and the Thai Qualifications Framework forHigher Educationsuch as knowledge andcognitive features had a positivemedium relationship Business Statistics learning outcomes at significantlevel .01.2. The students’ overall satisfaction towards Business Statisticscoursemanagement was at a high levelat significant level .05.
