Abstract

การเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจของประเทศกำลังพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีมีบทบาทสําคัญในการสร้างเสริมศักยภาพกระบวนการผลิตให้ภาคอุตสาหกรรม ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศที่กำลังปรับเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างอุตสาหกรรมและรัฐบาลมีนโยบายสนับสนุนให้ธุรกิจต่างประเทศเข้ามาลงทุน ทำให้ประเทศได้มีโอกาสได้รับการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี โดยเฉพาะเทคโนโลยีการผลิตขั้นสูง ที่ใช้ระบบคอมพิวเตอร์มาเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการการผลิต แต่อย่างไรก็ดี การรับเอาเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงในองค์กร ส่งผลกระทบ ทั้งด้านบวกและด้านลบ จึงต้องพิจารณาถึงความพร้อมขององค์กรทั้งในด้านทรัพยากรและการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้าง ฝ่ายงานต่างๆ ควรร่วมกันกำหนดงานเนื่องจากการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้อาจต้องเกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงลักษณะงาน ขั้นตอนการทำงานหรือแม้แต่การยกเลิกบางหน่วยงาน ที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อพฤติกรรมและทัศนคติของบุคลากร  The growth of globalization manufacturing has been rapid over recent years. The evidence of globalization trend is the increase in higher level of investment. Thailand is now becoming an interesting place for foreign investors to establish their production plants. As the foreigners invest their business in Thailand, they generally bring their technology know-how to produce manufacturing goods, especially the advanced manufacturing technology (AMT). The advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) is a wide variety of mainly computer-based systems which provide adopting firins with the potential to improve manufacturing operations greatly.  For instance, robotic, computer-aided design, computer numerical control machines, automated material handling systems, automated inspection and testing systems. The firms that utilize modern technology, they have to face some changes that can bring both benefits and problems. Therefore, the firins should plan well and prepare enough resources. Departments should participate to plan for change as their job activities and work schedule may be adjusted. Those changes may impact on working behavior and employees' attitude.
